BluSky Wireless Terms of Service

By using BluSky Wireless Internet you agree to the following.  BluSky Wireless will
provide paying customers access to its wireless network and internet gateways, only
through BluSky Wireless authorized equipment installed by a BluSky Wireless
authorized professional(s).  Installation fees are non-refundable.  You agree to secure all
wireless devices, (i.e. Wireless Routers, Wireless Adapters) and to not allow access to
your BluSky service with anyone outside of your paid service address.   You agree if
BluSky Wireless determine, at any time, that traffic to or from your service location are
impeding on the network, or service is being used to commit a crime, it is BluSky
Wireless' sole discretion to suspend, terminate and remove service, either temporarily or
permanently.  Upon termination of service with BluSky Wireless, you agree to return
equipment or arrange for the equipment to be recovered by an Authorized BluSky
Wireless Representative within 7 days from the day of termination.  If the equipment is
not returned within 7 days, or arrangements have not been made within the 7 days, you
agree to pay $249 per each radio and power adapter, and an additional $110 per Antenna
or Dish not recovered by BluSky Wireless.  Monthly service fees are due for the current
month.  Any payments received after the first of the current month, are considered late.
All accounts not paid by the first day of the month will be subject to disconnect on the
second day of the month.  BluSky Wireless may allow a four (4) day grace period,
starting on the second day of the month.  This grace period is completely at the option of
BluSky Wireless and in no way shall impede BluSky Wireless' option to disconnect
service at any applicable time for non-payment.  All accounts, (permitted the optional
grace period), not paid by the fifth day of the month will be subject to disconnect on the
sixth day of the month.  If service is disconnected/suspended, a $35 Reconnection fee
will be assessed to resume service, (unless other arrangements to suspend service have
been made, in advance, with an Authorized BluSky Wireless Representative).  If service
was terminated/removed, a $35 Re-connection fee and an installation fee of $149 may be
due before service is reinstated.  If a refund is necessary on payments made on multiple
months, the customer must submit a request with their name, address, phone number,
reason for refund request and the months requested for, to BluSky Wireless P.O. Box 31
Eaton, Ohio 45320.  All refunds will be distributed by a company check via U.S. Mail.
You understand and agree that all Torrent download programs, (including but not limited
to: Bit Torrent, Azureus, and uTorrent), are strictly forbidden, and can lead to an
immediate disconnection of service.  Non-Torrent based download programs are
acceptable, unless it is determined to be impeding on the network.  You agree, it is the
customers responsibility to determine whether content being downloaded is legal or not,
and not the responsibility of BluSky Wireless.  You understand and agree if BluSky
Wireless determines or suspects that a computer virus is coming from your location, your
service may be disconnected, with or without prior notice, until it is determined by an
Authorized BluSky Wireless Technician, that the threat appears resolved. You understand
that ad-ware and / or mal-ware may be present on the internet or network.
